A REPORT ON BAL-VATIKA
Bal-vatika is running in full swing at KVPL. Various activities are being conducted as per the guidelines given in ‘UNMUKH Booklet. The key features of Bat Vatika are:
- 1. Playway method: Various activities are conducted to develop the concept of big-small, far-near, tall short, long-short, up-down etc. And the concept of numbers, colours, animals, fruits, vegetables, and body parts. Involvement of students: Each student gets a chance to participate in activities every day. They speak, discuss, explain, and share their views on various topics and participate actively in daily activities.

2. Circle time activity: Everyday circle time activity is conducted to acquaint students with language development, and cognitive development. Physical development, gross motor development, and fine motor development.
3. Balance between free play and structured play: Students get a chance to indulge in various play activities Both structured and free in a balanced way.
4. Balance between indoor and outdoor activities: Various activities are planned in such a way that student get a chance to nurture their curiosity, creativity and inquisitiveness. Nature walks, collecting dry leaves. Twigs, pebbles watching plants/birds help in developing an all-round personality.
